Initial visit & design consultation:
This first visit determines the scope of your project and your ultimate goal for your outdoor space. It includes brainstorming and often provides solutions for smaller projects that the homeowner is looking to do themselves. 
Draft design & plan:
The first draft plan is to scale and shows all important features. Fee includes:
- Meetings to determine project needs, desires, possibilites and budget range.
- Site analysis to understand advantages and disadvantages of your particular site.
- Concept development to explore layout options.
- Hardscape plan including custom features like fountains, firepits, etc.
Final design:
After approving the layout concept and hardscape, we move on to details.
The final design plan includes;
- Complete scale plan with hardscape and plant list.
- Planting plan with complete list of location, quantity, and size.
- Suggested materials deemed most suitable of the project.
- Placement of lighting and irrigation.
Project management:
Mscape design can manage all facets of the project from intial design through the completion of construction, including budgeting and contractor relations.
